This policy explains how InfiniPix handles personal data of people who use the site, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD) and, for users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

InfiniPix is operated by Claudio Soares Pereira, which acts as the controller of the personal data processed on the site. For any privacy matter, including exercising your rights, write to contato@infinipix.app.

2. Your images are not collected

Every InfiniPix tool runs entirely in your browser. The images you select are processed on your own device and are never sent to our servers or to third parties. We have no access to them, we don't store them, and they disappear from the browser's memory when you close the page.

3. Data processed automatically

Like most websites, InfiniPix and its partners may process technical browsing information such as IP address, browser and device type, language, pages visited, date and time of access and approximate country or region. Your language preference is also saved in your own browser and is not sent to us.

We use audience measurement tools such as Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and to improve it. This data never reveals the content of the images you edit.

4. Advertising

InfiniPix is free because it is supported by ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's ad settings, and you can opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a notice shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time.

5. Legal bases

Advertising and audience measurement cookies that are not strictly necessary are used based on your consent (LGPD art. 7, I, and GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Processing of technical data essential to the site's operation, security and fraud prevention relies on legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX, and GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

6. Sharing and international transfers

We don't sell personal data. The technical data described above may be processed by the advertising, analytics and hosting providers we use, such as Google and the site's infrastructure provider, some of which store data on servers outside Brazil. These transfers follow LGPD art. 33 and the safeguards adopted by those providers, including those required by the GDPR.

7. How long data is kept

We never keep your images. Cookies are kept for the periods set by each provider or until you delete them in your browser. Your language preference stays in your browser until you clear the site's data.

8. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion of data, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, and you may object to unlawful processing. Write to the e-mail in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or with the data protection authority in your country.

9. Children

InfiniPix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
