1. Acceptance

By using InfiniPix, operated by Claudio Soares Pereira, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

InfiniPix offers free tools, with no sign-up and no usage limits, to convert, compress, resize, crop and edit images. Processing happens in your own browser, and files are not uploaded to any server. The service is supported by ads and may be changed, expanded, suspended or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use InfiniPix only for lawful purposes and you are solely responsible for the images you process, including holding the rights needed to use them. You may not use the tools to infringe copyright, image, privacy or any other third-party rights, to remove or alter watermarks, signatures, credits or other authorship and rights management information from third-party works without permission, to create or spread unlawful content, or to overload, circumvent or compromise the operation and security of the site, including by automated means.

4. Intellectual property

The InfiniPix brand, code, design and text belong to the operator named in section 1 and are protected by applicable law. InfiniPix claims no rights over the images you process; they remain yours.

5. Results and warranties

The tools are provided as is. Operations such as compression and conversion may reduce image quality, and performance depends on your device and browser. We recommend always keeping a copy of your original files. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiniPix is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools, nor for how you use the processed images. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by consumer protection laws.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The site shows third-party ads and may contain links to other websites. InfiniPix does not control and is not responsible for the content, products or practices of those advertisers and websites.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the City of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory right of consumers to bring claims in the courts where they live.
